Your Role With Us

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll:

• Drive Delivery Excellence: Own and continuously enhance the delivery process to boost team efficiency.
• Align with Business Goals: Ensure engineering efforts are in sync with our team's business objectives, such as quarterly goals.
• Facilitate Effective Decision-Making: Push for timely decisions and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with peers in product management, UX/UI design, data analysis, and other areas to align on strategic decisions.
• Support Personal Growth: Set meaningful development goals for your team members and create plans to help them achieve their personal growth objectives.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a senior software engineer.
• Expertise in agile delivery processes and methodologies.
• Strong background in technical leadership and people management.
• Hands-on experience in desktop application development for Windows (C#, .NET) and/or macOS (ObjC, Swift).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps practices.
