As a Digital Designer, you develop and implement creative materials for campaigns, digital platforms, and products. Your Role with Us
As a Digital Designer, you shape the visual identity of our brand across all digital and physical touchpoints. You develop creative materials and high-quality designs for campaigns, websites, social media, print materials, and product packaging, with a strong focus on brand identity, consistency, and performance. Together with cross-functional teams, you ensure that our brand remains engaging and inspiring in every detail.
- Campaign & Communication Design: Create high-quality visual materials for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print.
- Product Templates: Design and implement impactful templates for greeting cards, photo books, and other products.
- Brand Identity: Ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels, audiences, and markets.
- Performance & Impact: Develop visuals that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
- Adaptation & Localization: Create static and animated content tailored to different platforms, audiences, and markets.
- Asset Management: Maintain and update the asset management system, including license and rights management.
- Photo & Video Production: Support the planning and execution of shoots in our in-house photo studio and design product samples for content creation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Brand & Content Management, Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, CRM & Lifecycle Management, and Merchandising & Optimization to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Creative Development: Translate strategic ideas into compelling visual concepts in close collaboration with the Art Director.
- Project Ownership: Take on additional design projects to support the evolving needs of the business.
What You Bring
You combine creative intuition with high standards of quality and a strong digital mindset. With your understanding of brand aesthetics, storytelling, and cross-channel design, you create impactful visual experiences that inspire users and deliver measurable results.
- Education: A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Languages: Excellent Finnish and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Several years of experience as a (Digital) Graphic Designer in a digital environment.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Cross-Channel Design: Experience designing across multiple channels including social media, display, email, landing pages, and potentially motion/video.
- Brand & Storytelling: Deep understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and user experience in the digital space.
- Performance Orientation: Awareness of performance marketing principles and an understanding of what creative assets perform best across different funnel stages.
- Efficiency & Processes: Experience working with templates, versioning, and efficient production workflows.
- Working Style: Independent, organized, and detail-oriented with a high level of creativity.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Open to new tools, agile ways of working, and collaboration across teams.
- Bonus: Experience designing product templates (e.g., photo books, greeting cards) and a strong sense for guiding users through design.
