Turn moments into memories
Every day, families across the Nordic region trust ifolor through newsletters, campaigns, and social channels. As our CRM & Social Media Manager, you'll deliver those customer communications flawlessly, from testing campaigns in our CRM to building genuine connections through authentic storytelling on social media. If you love both structure and creativity, and want to make a real impact on a brand people care about, this is the role for you.
Why ifolor?
Work-Life Balance: At ifolor, we value flexibility. Our hybrid working model combines the best of both worlds: you'll enjoy three days in our vibrant office each week for real collaboration and team connection, and the freedom to work from home the rest of the time.
Learning & Development: At ifolor, you shape your own development path. Whether professionally or personally, we support you with suitable training opportunities, individual development, and the freedom you need to reach your goals.
Your Role with Us
You'll drive our CRM operations and organic social media presence across the Nordic region, with a special focus on Finland. You'll work closely with our CRM, marketing, design and analytics teams to deliver campaigns that feel authentic to our brand and relevant to each market, from newsletters to social content and influencer partnerships.
CRM & Newsletter Campaigns: Set up and execute newsletter and CRM campaigns for the Nordic but also DACH markets in close collaboration with the CRM team.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Test all campaigns and automated journeys before go-live, checking content, links, rendering and segmentation, so that every message reaches the right customers flawlessly.
Localization & Market Adaptation: Coordinate translations and market adaptations of CRM and social media content across the Nordic languages.
Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize organic social media activities across relevant platforms.
Influencer Marketing: Build meaningful partnerships with creators who genuinely align with ifolor. From discovery and collaboration through to performance review, you'll nurture relationships that feel authentic, not transactional.
Content & Storytelling: Work with creative teams and external partners to produce content that resonates. Ensure everything feels distinctly ifolor while respecting each market's unique voice. Coordinate production across internal and external resources.
Acquisition Initiatives: Drive and execute acquisition measures designed to grow our reach across the Nordic markets. Develop strategies and implement campaigns that bring new audiences into the ifolor community.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and influencer performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
What You Bring
You combine creativity with analytical thinking and enjoy working at the intersection of customer communication, content and marketing performance. You are organized, detail-oriented and proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time.
CRM & Email Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in setting up and testing email campaigns in a CRM / marketing automation platform, ideally Braze. Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Very good attention to detail and a structured way of working. You spot the broken link before anyone else does.
Social Media & Influencer Expertise: Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and campaign coordination. Deep understanding of different platforms, their audiences, and what actually drives engagement.
Content & Storytelling: Strong content creation and storytelling skills with a good eye for visuals, trends, and audience engagement.
Community Management & Engagement: Skilled at building and nurturing engaged communities. You understand how to spark genuine conversations, respond authentically, and create spaces where people want to belong.
Data Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret analytics without losing the human side of the story. You ask smart questions, spot patterns, and translate findings into concrete improvements.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing the big picture.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
Our mission is to turn life's most beautiful moments into memories that last. If you're excited about delivering flawless customer communications, supporting CRM operations, and strengthening ifolor's voice across the Nordic market, we'd love to hear from you.
