Your Role with Us
As a CRM Manager, you develop and optimize data-driven strategies along the customer journey. You segment target groups, manage personalized campaigns across multiple channels, and thereby strengthen customer loyalty, brand affinity, and customer lifetime value in a sustainable way.
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the CRM strategy to maximize customer value and retention.
- Personalization & Customer Journey: Leverage customer data to optimize personalized communication strategies across the entire journey.
- Data-Driven Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize automated CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, retargeting).
- Segmentation & Audience Analysis: Build data-based customer segments for targeted and relevant communication.
- Loyalty Programs & Retention Strategies: Design and continuously improve loyalty programs to increase repurchase rates.
- Marketing Automation & AI Optimization: Implement and leverage modern technologies to automate CRM processes and drive efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key KPIs, derive optimization measures, and deliver reports on CRM performance.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Customer Service to ensure consistent communication across all channels.
What You Bring
You combine leadership experience with solid CRM and automation expertise. With analytical strength and strategic vision, you develop scalable solutions, optimize processes, and empower your team to create sustainable customer experiences.
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, and data-driven customer management – including leadership of complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Systems & Tools Expertise: Solid knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP), marketing automation tools, and customer data platforms; experience in implementation and strategic development.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Proven success in data-driven segmentation, personalization, and automation of customer communication with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Strategy & Analytics: Strong analytical and strategic mindset – with the ability to make data-driven decisions both operationally and at management level.
- Optimization & Best Practices: Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimization of CRM campaigns, as well as developing best practices for teams.
- Leadership & Working Style: Structured, results-oriented working style, combined with leadership skills, coaching experience, and a strong affinity for digital trends and technologies.
- Languages: Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
